This is our peaceful, comfortable little studio 'Flat Over Garage' we call the FOG. You can enjoy stunning farmland views and wonderful sunsets from the little balcony and you have an uninterrupted view of Chanctonbury ring from your armchair.

In Washington situated just off the A24 at Spring Gardens PYO.
Nearby:
Steyning, Amberley and Storrington.
Both the larger towns of Worthing and Horsham are only 10 miles and have train stations. The Seaside town of Brighton is a half hour drive. Gatwick airport is 27 miles (30 mins by car).
Transport can be arranged to and from the South Downs Way access routes.
